The PE Racing Load Spreading Alloy Washers are engineered to strengthen panel connections and reduce wear on mounting holes—especially when working with softer materials such as composites, plastics, or thin metals.

Each washer features a 12mm diameter × 2mm deep locating boss on the underside, which engages with the panel material. This design ensures the connection is supported by the larger shoulder diameter, preventing direct bolt contact with the panel surface. The result: stronger, longer-lasting connections with reduced hole damage.

Simply drill a 12mm hole to accommodate washer sizes M5, M6, or M8.
