AMS's Alpha Performance intercooler system for the 991.2 Carrera pairs two 120mm Garrett cores, 50 percent thicker than the factory units, with a fin density of 20 per inch for maximum cooling. Smooth cast aluminum end tanks cut turbulence for better flow, and carbon fiber shrouds with a foam seal channel ambient air into the cores without the drilling or cutting some intercooler kits require, retaining the factory intercooler inlets. It ships with cast-aluminum-end-tank intercoolers, the carbon fiber shrouding, foam stripping and branded speed straps, and it's engineered to keep delivering cooling headroom as you add further Alpha Performance upgrades.
