A drop-in intercooler for the Porsche 992 Turbo and Turbo S (2021+), built around a Formula-1 grade core from PWR with a 2-row design, rolled tubes, and turbulated inner fins. The CNC-machined billet aluminium end tanks, including an integrated y-pipe connection to the throttle body, are 100% A precision welding process using a tungsten electrode that produces a stronger, cleaner joint than a crimped or gasketed seam. rather than the OEM's gasketed, crimped plastic tanks, for more durability under sustained high boost. Inlet and outlet connections are CNC machined to OEM specification for a true plug-and-play fit with no modifications needed. Lowers intake air temperatures and reduces Residual heat that builds up in the intercooler core between hard runs, raising intake air temperatures until it dissipates., which matters given how close the intercooler sits to the engine.
