How do I know which ECU option to choose?

Check the sticker on your factory ECU. Numbers 993.618.666.00/01/02 need the OTP ECU Flash option; numbers 993.618.666.10/11/12 need the ECU Software option.

Why are there three different upgrade paths?

The 993 Turbo used three different factory ECU types across its production run (1995 Euro EProm, 1996-1997.5 drive-block OTP, and 1997-1998 standard flash), and each needs its own tuning process.

What do I need to send in with my ECU?

A completed ECU Tuning Form must be included with your ECU shipment so Fabspeed can tailor the tune to your specific vehicle.

Which option should I choose?

Match the option to the sticker number on your factory ECU: 993.618.666.00/01/02 needs the OTP ECU Flash, 993.618.666.10/11/12 needs the ECU Software option, and true 1995 Euro cars need the EProm flash. Ordering the wrong one means the tune won't load.

Who installs it?

Rennen Motorsport in Adelaide, or an authorised dealer near you. Fitting it yourself may also be an option depending on the part, so raise it on your consult; professional installation is quoted separately.
