XperTune Performance Software
For the Porsche 997.2 GT3 and GT3 RS 3.8L (2010-2011), Fabspeed's XperTune The car's engine control unit; reprogramming it changes fuelling, ignition timing and (on turbo cars) boost pressure. performance software is tuned through a handheld device that interfaces with the vehicle's OBD-II port instead of removing the ECU for bench flashing. It reprograms sensor inputs, air/fuel ratios and boost pressure: the GT3 goes from a factory 435hp/317 lb-ft to a tuned 451hp/337 lb-ft, while the GT3 RS goes from 450hp/317 lb-ft to 462hp/339 lb-ft. The same handheld device can flash the ECU back to stock at any time.
