High-Performance Intercooler System
A drop-in intercooler system for the Audi RS6 and RS7 (C8, 2019+), built around a Formula-1 grade core developed with PWR: 3mm rolled tubes with turbulated inner fins and a 4.85mm multi-louvered fin design that eliminate Residual heat that builds up in the intercooler core between hard runs, raising intake air temperatures until it dissipates. and hold down intake air temperatures under sustained high-performance driving. CNC-machined billet aluminium end tanks are 100% TIG-welded rather than the OEM's crimped cast tanks, for more strength under increased boost. Dyno tested with VF Engineering and Pacific German, it measured +20 whp/+18 wtq on the stock tune and a further +10 whp/+20 wtq with a high-performance tune. True plug-and-play install, no modifications needed. Made in the USA at PWR North America.
