High-Performance Intercooler System
A high-performance intercooler system for the shared VAG/Lamborghini platform: Lamborghini Urus (2019+), Audi RSQ8 (2020+) and Porsche Cayenne Turbo (2019+), all built around the same 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8. Sold as a left/right pair, it uses Formula-1 grade cores by PWR, 2-row construction, and rolled tubes with inner fins to eliminate Residual heat that builds up in the intercooler core between hard runs, raising intake air temperatures until it dissipates.. CNC-machined billet end tanks are 100% TIG-welded, replacing the OEM's crimped plastic tanks, and a 1-piece welded charge pipe replaces the factory's bolt-on pipe and O-ring, a known failure point. A plugged 1/8 NPT port on the lower outlet tank is ready for water-methanol injection. Finished in CSF's thermal dispersion ceramic coating, with raw or custom finishes available. Made in the USA at PWR North America.
