CSF's high-performance A core design using flat plates and internal fins rather than round tubes, giving more surface area and pressure tolerance than a tube/fin core. core, built by PWR and pressure tested to 120psi, replaces the OEM tube/fin core that CSF says is prone to failing above roughly 27psi. CNC billet construction replaces the factory's plastic tanks and crimped gasket sealing, cutting pressure drop and giving roughly a 30°F reduction in intake air temperatures versus OEM. Includes top-feed port fuel injection with block-off caps if unused, integrated nitrous/methanol injection ports per runner, and the KIYLEX thermal rejection manifold spacer, which CSF says lowers intake manifold temperatures by up to 15%.
