High-Performance Intercooler Set
CSF's high-performance charge-air-cooler set for the BMW F90 M5 and F92 M8, developed with RK Autowerks over more than a year of prototyping to fit an engine bay with only millimetres to spare. World-first cast end tanks house a custom liquid-to-air core, refined with CFD analysis, at roughly double the core volume of the OEM coolers. One-piece seamless air-inlet end tanks include integrated charge pipes, and the outlet end tanks carry dual E85/methanol injection ports per cooler. OEM-style quick-connect water fittings and sensor ports keep installation plug-and-play with no modifications. CSF says the lower intake air temperatures cut roughly 0.30 seconds off the 60-130mph time. Sold as a complete left/right set with hardware, finished in crinkle black powder coat (raw aluminium and custom colours also available), backed by a lifetime warranty.
