Charge Air Coolers
CSF's charge-air-cooler set for the new BMW G90/G99 M5 (2025+), adapted from its proven S63/S68 coolers built for the F9x M5, M8, X5M and X6M. A custom liquid-to-air core, CFD-tested by CSF, gives roughly double the core volume of the OEM coolers, with 1-piece seamless air-inlet end tanks carrying integrated charge pipes. The outlet end tanks include dual E85/methanol injection ports per cooler, plus OEM-style quick-connect water fittings and sensor ports. Unlike some of CSF's other charge coolers, this one needs minor modification for optimal fitment rather than a true no-mods install. Finished in crinkle black powder coat, with custom powder coating available on request. Sold as a complete left/right set with hardware, backed by a lifetime warranty.
