IPD Intake Plenum
IPD's aluminium intake plenum for the Porsche 955 Cayenne Turbo (2002-2007), a bolt-on replacement for the factory plastic unit using the OE 76mm throttle body and all factory hardware. IPD's revised diversion area and larger inlet openings speed up and increase intake air volume, adding a claimed 30-plus horsepower and 32-plus lb-ft of torque across the power band, with gains that carry through to naturally aspirated and other turbo Porsches too, at a similar 8-10 percent regardless of starting power. Unlike the factory plastic intake, it won't crack under high boost, needs no ECU flash, and runs cooler than plastic since aluminium sheds the heat it absorbs faster.
