C8 Stingray / E-Ray Header Blankets
Military-spec thermal header blankets for the Chevrolet Corvette C8 Stingray and E-Ray, built from 321 stainless steel netting, ceramic fibre and Kevlar with 321 stainless springs, rated to withstand 2200°F. Factory headers come with heat shields to protect nearby electronics, plastics and fuel lines in the tight C8 engine bay, but most aftermarket headers don't, so Fabspeed developed these blankets after extensive heat testing on the platform. Unlike header wrap, which traps moisture and can corrode stainless steel over time, these blankets shed heat without holding damp, and they outperform ceramic coating for heat control. The same design has protected McLarens and Ferraris making 800+ hp for over 20 years. Simple bolt-on install, all hardware included.
