Fabspeed's dyno testing showed gains of 12 hp and 15 lb-ft of torque, with more available if you add an ECU tune, and Fabspeed guarantees no catalyst-related check engine light. It's rated to support over 600 hp, so there's headroom if you add other upgrades later, and is insulated with 321 stainless steel foil and 2,000°F ceramic fiber to keep an OEM-like appearance under the car. It's built to fit both left-hand and right-hand drive cars, for Macan 2.0L models from 2017-2018.
