An RSR-style header and muffler kit for the Porsche 964 Carrera (1989-1994), built from one-piece equal-length mandrel-bent header tubes with F1-style 3-into-1 investment-cast Where header primary tubes join into one pipe, shaped to smooth exhaust pulses and improve scavenging. in place of the factory design. Dyno testing showed gains of 24 hp and 21 lb-ft of torque, with a loud, aggressive flat-six tone. Built from 14-16 gauge T304L stainless steel with a dual-outlet muffler, it's the exhaust used on the RWB Atlanta 964 build known as Clermont. Fitting the second outlet needs a slight modification to the factory rear bumper. Installation is a straightforward DIY bolt-on, and after the first heat cycle the exhaust bolts should be retorqued to factory spec. Either way works: fit it yourself, or let Rennen Motorsport or an authorised dealer handle it.
