Heat duct and fan block-off plates for the non-turbo Porsche 993 (993RS, 993 Supercup 3.8, 1994-1998), replacing the heavy left-side engine blower motor assembly and ductwork with lightweight, powder-coated stainless steel pieces. A close replication of the weight-saving block-offs Porsche Motorsport used on its 993 CUP race cars, they save 12 lbs (5.5 kg) from the rear of the car and clean up the engine bay for easier access. Best suited to summer/track-day drivers, driver education, and club racers who don't need the factory heater. Simple DIY bolt-on installation, no cutting or welding required. It's just as easy for Rennen Motorsport or an authorised dealer to fit, for owners who'd rather hand it to a professional.

Who is this for?

No, Fabspeed states it's a close replication of the weight-saving block-off pieces Porsche Motorsport used on its own 993 CUP race cars.

Who installs it?

Rennen Motorsport in Adelaide, or an authorised dealer near you. Fitting it yourself may also be an option depending on the part, so raise it on your consult; professional installation is quoted separately.
