Competition Link X-Pipe

A cat-bypass A crossover pipe joining the two exhaust banks into an X shape, smoothing flow for a fuller, balanced tone. for the Porsche 996 GT3 (1999-2005), replacing the heavy, restrictive factory catalytic converters with a lightweight, free-flowing X-pipe for racing and maximum power applications. On Fabspeed's dyno it added 12whp and 12 ft-lbs of torque while saving 25 lbs from the rear of the car, with a significant increase in volume and a more defined, aggressive exhaust note. Used by Rolex Grand-Am race teams as well as PCA/POC and driver-education drivers. Street drivers may notice a small torque loss at low rpm, for which Fabspeed recommends its Sport Cat X-Pipe instead. Built from mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel. Removing the cats will likely trigger a check engine light.
