IPD's intake plenum and 82mm throttle body package for the 996 GT3 Mark II, borrowing the larger throttle body from the later 997 GT3 and pairing it with a cast aluminum plenum built around IPD's patented "Y"-shaped, design. Fabspeed dyno-proves it at +24 whp and +20 lb-ft, concentrated in the mid-range where the GT3's high-revving 3.6-litre needs it most. It requires no ECU flash and won't trigger a Check Engine Light, so it's a purely mechanical gain, though IPD recommends having it fitted by a qualified Porsche technician. The aluminum build also avoids the heat soak a plastic plenum suffers under hard driving.
