XperTune ECU performance software for the Mercedes-AMG 6.0L V12 bi-turbo engine, fitted to the S65, SL65 and G65 AMG. Unlike Fabspeed's handheld-based tunes for other AMG engines, this one requires you to physically send your ECU to Fabspeed for reprogramming; return shipping uses whatever method you sent it with, and turnaround is 24-48 hours once it arrives. On the dyno, Fabspeed's tune took peak output from a stock 621 hp / 1000 Nm to a tuned 741 hp / 1204 Nm. Your stock ECU settings are saved so the car can be reverted at any time. Shipping costs to Fabspeed are the buyer's responsibility.

How long until it arrives?

Every Fabspeed part is made in-house at Fabspeed USA with about a one-week production lead time, then allow another 3-4 days for delivery to Australia via UPS. That freight is already included in the price.

Who pays for shipping?

Shipping the ECU to Fabspeed is the purchaser's responsibility; Fabspeed covers the return using your original shipping method.

Who installs it?

Rennen Motorsport in Adelaide, or an authorised dealer near you. Fitting it yourself may also be an option depending on the part, so raise it on your consult; professional installation is quoted separately.

Is it covered by warranty?

Fabspeed products carry the manufacturer's warranty, supported locally through Rennen Plus as the Australian principal. See our returns policy.

Can I just buy this outright, or do I need to talk to someone first?
