GiroDisc Front Brake Rotors

Mercedes-Benz AMG G63 GiroDisc Front Brake Rotors (2018+)

inc GST & import · fitment confirmed before dispatch

GiroDisc front brake rotors for the Mercedes-AMG G63, a direct replacement for the factory disc that includes caliper spacers and longer bolts to upsize the rotor to 410mm, with no other modifications needed. Upgrading this way rather than fitting a big brake kit keeps your factory brake bias and ABS calibration intact. The hat is US-sourced 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum and the disc is Girodisc's own cast iron, using 48 curved vanes that act as a centrifugal pump to draw cooling air through. The disc floats on the hat via drive pins and anti-noise spring washers, letting it expand with heat without rattling when cold, and once worn you simply replace the disc and keep the hat. Sold per pair.

Frequently asked

Which cars does the GiroDisc Front Brake Rotors fit?

Fits your Mercedes-Benz G-Class (W463A, 2019+). Fabspeed lists this piece for: Mercedes-Benz G-Class (G-Wagen) (2019-2024); Mercedes-Benz G-Class (G-Wagen) (2015-2018). Exact fitment for your year, trim and options is confirmed on your free consult before anything is ordered.

What does the price include?

The delivered price includes the part from Fabspeed USA, freight to Australia, import costs and GST. Enter your postcode to refine delivery; the final figure is confirmed on consult.

How long until it arrives?

Every Fabspeed part is made in-house at Fabspeed USA with about a one-week production lead time, then allow another 3-4 days for delivery to Australia via UPS. That freight is already included in the price.

Does this fit like a big brake kit or a direct swap?

It's a direct replacement for the OE disc using included caliper spacers and longer bolts, so your factory brake bias and ABS stay unchanged, unlike a big brake kit.

Do I need to replace the whole rotor when it wears out?

No, the floating design means you only replace the cast iron disc and keep reusing the aluminum hat.

Why does the rotor float on the hat?

The floating mount lets the disc expand with heat without rattling when cold, and helps it self-center between the pads.

Is this priced for one wheel or a pair?

Sold and priced per pair.

Who installs it?

Rennen Motorsport in Adelaide, or an authorised dealer near you. Fitting it yourself may also be an option depending on the part, so raise it on your consult; professional installation is quoted separately.

Is it covered by warranty?

Fabspeed products carry the manufacturer's warranty, supported locally through Rennen Plus as the Australian principal. See our returns policy.

Can I just buy this outright, or do I need to talk to someone first?

Every enquiry, whether it's one part or a full build, starts with a free consult. We confirm the exact spec for your car before anything is quoted or ordered.
