Billet Differential Cover
Billet differential cover for the Mercedes-AMG G63 and G550, CNC machined from a solid block of T6 aluminum and gold anodized, based on 3D laser scans of the factory cover for a direct bolt-on fit. It increases lubrication volume from the factory 1.5 quarts to roughly 2 quarts and adds 20 cooling fins for a claimed 75% improvement in heat dissipation over the factory steel cover, at the same ground clearance as stock. A titanium magnetic drain plug replaces the factory rubber plug and catches metal particles in the diff oil, and purple titanium mounting bolts and the OEM Mercedes gasket are included. Doesn't affect the factory warranty.
